There's no such thing as crazy. There are mental health disorders, among which is addiction.
While most attics have another diagnosis, rarely is it a severe mental illness that would make them not lucid and crazy.
The demographic that most uses drugs are youth, 18 to 20. They're barely even old enough to have been psychologically diagnosed with anything.
