Every day. The last time I was down county, I was surprised to find naughty fold outs on the walls of the shower stalls. Now that is true compassion!
@Cutiepi23 I'm sorry. "Down county" means time in a county facility rather that a state or federal facility. Correctional facilities are corporations in the US. You can even buy stock in them. Corrections is an industry in itself, and they make quite a profit. People with money can buy from the canteen cart 3 times a day, and they use their purchases as leverage against other inmates. You have pay rent in some jails. The feds subsidize these privately owned institutions on top of everything else. It's big business, and basically a college for criminals. People that get stuck in the rut end up learning more about committing crimes, rather than being rehabilitated.
