It's hard to maintain a diet when you can't do anything

Two weeks of quarantine, held out for a while but damn, junk food is the perfect boredom food. Back to the ol' drawing board.

IMO, you should focus on low-calorie healthy foods like blueberries & seaweed. Easier to change your vices than to eliminate them.
I am currently in quarantine again. I have gained 10 pounds🥺
