Finally got an option for a refund for my "same day order" on monday, but then it said wait for saturday. Got in touch through chat, and internally the item is listed as "lost in transit". Now I have to wait for a refund before I can order again, and if I'm super lucky I'll get my item by... saturday. Hooray...
