I don't know the exact nature of the objections to those books, but from a google image search, I'm getting that this is being cited as one of the problems --

which tbh seems kind of strange because the utensils, foot, and hat he has there are just genuine depictions of Chinese culture. IDK if he's chasing a dog there out-of-frame (which honestly would make this whole situation make more sense), but even if that's the case, eating dogs is also an established part of Chinese culture. 💅

So if he depicted the boy as white, it would be white supremacy. If he depicted the boy as black it would be racist. I can also assume according to cancel culture depicting the boy as male is sexist or some kind of sex supremacy. One thing I can be happy about at least is that most cancel culture people also believe in abortion. @BlueVeins

@stratosranger ehhh that's a stretch, the image we're looking at right now is kinda borderline even with all that cultural awareness in mind
