What word is used as an insult in the UK but not in the US?

@cherokeepatti they’re slang words in the UK but they’re not insults.

@TopOfTheWorld If you called a British person that I think they’d take insult, it’d be like an American calling someone a pussy or a dick.

@cherokeepatti I am British. I guess it’s possible someone could occasionally use fanny as an insult but it’d be very rare and I’ve never in my life heard willy used as an insult, it’s just a word children generally use instead of saying penis.
