What's your favorite ethnic cuisine?

Abs, is there a “typical” dish unique to Australia ? I’m guessing Outback Restaurant isn’t really it. 😊

@bijouxbroussard Last Sunday, my Mum made Mum Kjötsúpa with Rúgbrauð. You could have some of that. I’m not a big fan of lamb but she makes it really good. 😊

@DarkHeaven I actually don’t eat lamb. Is it a Norwegian dish ?
