Article 25 of the United Nations' 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that "Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services."

I believe it's everyone's right to have access to shelter, food, clothing, medical care, etc. as long as it's not done at the expense of others. You can't trample on my rights in order to exercise yours.

As a society we can agree that we'll all pitch in to make sure that those who can't afford something will get it anyway. Different countries handle that differently. Here in the U.S. we don't all give money to the state and then get "free" healthcare, but instead we compensate the hospitals for covering people who can't afford to pay. No one is denied access to healthcare here. They just have to walk into a hospital an ask. If you have money or insurance you can see a private doctor and the same is true in countries with universal "free" healthcare.
