Well, on the plus side you get no relationship headaches.
No arguments.
No moods.
No dirty/clean laundry strewn about the place.
No in-law hassles.
No other-half's crazy friends which you're accused of hating one minute or making a play for the next.
No birthdays or anniversaries to remember.
No 'dodgy' entries on your bank statements because your other half bought something iffy using your debit card online.
The bathroom's always free.
Your bathroom contains just six items: Razor; Shaving cream; Shower gel; Deodorant; Toilet roll; Towel !
Food shopping takes ten minutes.
Clothes shopping takes ten minutes.
Shoe shopping " " "
Take-out ordering " " "
Deciding which movie to watch " " "
All ironing " " " etc.

@TheArbitrator Well, i'd be lying if i said there aren't some drawbacks.

There are times when i miss having a significant other to talk to.
Somebody who knows me well.
Those trips to places you go to for your own entertainment might sometimes be better experiences if you had somebody to share them with.
And obviously the intimacy.
