If you were dating a person that didn't have their own opinion and would say let's do whatever you have planned or I want to eat what you are eating

In a restaurant would you be annoyed with them? Like you have to think for them and they just follow and agree to whatever you do/want?

That would get old, tbh. I actually like finding out and trying things that other people enjoy. That helps me grow.
