Should infidelity be criminally legislated? Think about the risks associated with infidelity, i.e, veneral disease, HIV, crime of passion, etc...

If infidelity is so rife, perhaps people need to look at whether monogamy works and whether people should be able to openly choose their lifestyles. That way its all in the open and people make decisions with a knowing.
Otherwise, so many people would have to be imprisoned and who is going to fund that?
