I've had a guy tell me he would kill me. He was serious. Someone else persuaded him to leave me alone with an original and effective tactic.
I had another attack me in an elevator. When the doors opened I was able to struggle my way out. He came at me again and I got a swing in hitting his nose. Blood sprayed across the wall and I ran away.

@Zonuss I suppose a better word would have been nontraditional. It was very offensive and would upset most people. But when traditional tactics fail and a life is on the line you do what works.
