EDIT: okay TECHNICALLY it is possible is the pig is laying down or tilting his head sideways at a weird angle lol. its possible in the same way its possible for you to eat with your feet lol

Not true it would depend on what point of up you are talking about.
They cannot tilt their heads straight back to look directly up like us but trust me if they think there's a reason to see something above them they will find away.
