So when did Valentines Day become offensive?

Like, I think I was living under a rock, but now Valentines Day is a capitalist scheme to make people insecure or buy things. Seems like projecting. 🤔🤔🤔

I mean, not totally wrong, but that’s a lot of anger over one day. 🤷‍♀️😂

@SW-User right? Except Christmas actually does celebrate the birth of Jesus which some believe in. But it’s definitely been subject to capitalistic initiatives. But companies will do that for any holiday. Christmas brings families together.

@YoungPoet345 the power is always in the public’s hand. Everyone could simply say no to corporate products but nobody wants negative labels so they follow the masses right? So who is at fault here?
