I Was Nice To A Phone Scammer This Afternoon...

@LeaDhelani They are. But with different scams. I didn’t have a call from any scammer for about a month from Dec-Jan but now every day.

@cherokeepatti What do they actually want? I mean does it work on some people? Ive had the prince of whatever just chose me by whatever info they have on me could just be a name and want give me millions only if I send few thousands to let the bank release the money blah blah via email but calls I dont know

@LeaDhelani I knew a Mexican guy who said someone he knew (a woman) fell for the Your-Computer-Has-A-Virus Scam, they told her a certain amount of money it would cost to unlock it after they locked it up by sending her to a certain site. Then they stole even more than that out of her checking account. She wasn’t all that fluent in English. They basically wiped out her checking account balance.

@LeaDhelani I’ve told them that & that they need to find a better job. They claim they can’t but they are probably lazy asses that are scared of real work.
