No. (Although I assume the question is not really serious).
I hope that just not having trump tweeting constantly will allow tempers to cool.
My guess is the divide is not as great as the most extreme cases wish for.
TheArbitrator · 36-40, M
@monte3 Trump isn't responsible for the division. This has been a long time coming.
monte3 · 70-79, M
@TheArbitrator he is responsible for the widening of the division, imho. Jan 6 th was unprecedented, although I am sure sunspot will be here soon whining “ what about BLM”
That we had a President that governed on the principle of dividing the population. Although the chorus of what about Obama is also coming. 😊
@monte3 Trump was never an instigator, Trump was a RESULT.
monte3 · 70-79, M
On that we disagree, strongly in fact.
But we can be civil about the disagreement, which is just normal politics,@puck61
@monte3 The same result will continue coming until a compromise is achieved. I promise.
monte3 · 70-79, M
@puck61 interesting. What is the acceptable compromise?

@monte3 To tell you the truth, most of us are sick and fecking tired of "civility". I wouldn't mind a knock down drag out right now, especially since the left consists of a bunch of pathetic pussies!
TheArbitrator · 36-40, M
@monte3 You guys need to stop this exaggeration about January 6. Big deal! When you add up all the chaos caused by Antifa and BLM over the past 7 years, it significantly outweighs the events of Jan 6. All you guys have is Jan. 6... What about the Portland riots and Minnesota riots? If you look at property damage and loss of life/loss of limb, Antifa and BLM have Jan 6 beat by a longshot.
monte3 · 70-79, M
@Stereoguy well trying to not certify the election or what ever the cluck they were doing on Jan 6 th wasn’t either.
But no one is calling Republicans domestic terrorists. We do want the Republican Party to disavow the actions not only the rioters but Cruz/Harley challenging what was already certified and which no evidence.
I am not sure what is happening as I write this will accomplish anything FYI. A vote to censure would be more what I want.
monte3 · 70-79, M
@puck61 😊😉. Since you have shared your size 5’8” as I remember and picture iam not sure “a knockdown drag out “ is in your interests. 😊.
Seriously let’s all take a deep breath.

@monte3 Wow! You certainly don't sound like a very experienced person if you are attributing ones height to might. 😆
monte3 · 70-79, M
@Stereoguy for what it is worth I did condemn the rioting in MInneapolis after t(e George Floyd killing. That as opposed to the normal peaceful protest that was more common. I am against all violence.
And I would like to see the Biden statement you reference. Anyone who didn’t believe in the normal transfer of power after a lawful and fair election, they are in a different category. (And yeah it was fair and lawful)
monte3 · 70-79, M
@puck61 😊. Friiend iam just kidding ya! We need both sides like Yin needs Yang. Like macaroni needs cheese.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@monte3
What is the acceptable compromise?

* Admit to all the lies and cheating
* Prosecute all the bad actors involved with the fake Russia collusion thing
* Dissolve Facebook, Twitter and YouTube -
* Publicly execute Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer, AOC, Omar,
* Register BLM and Antifa as terrorists groups
* Remove broadcast credentials for CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC
* Set up a 'Hunger Games' type competition between MSM companies listed above

@Budwick don’t worry Jackbud the nurse will be bringing your medication soon. Just hold on. 🙄
monte3 · 70-79, M
@Stereoguy not doubting what you saw but that story is definitely not on yahoo news right now. 🤷‍♂️ I would really like to see the context of what he said.
Driver2 · M
@monte3 Trump did not cause the division , one person could not do that . It’s a cultural war and it started way before Trump was elected.
monte3 · 70-79, M
@Driver2 oh there are cultural factors at work long ago, no doubt or disagreement there, I just believe that Trump exploited and deepened those divisions. 🤷‍♂️
Driver2 · M
@monte3 Trump is not the cause of all the world’s problems
He’s the target of crazy rabid leftist who are in our media, education and government like parasites.
Now the tech crowd is also against him.
Think about it how can one man cause all the problems of an entire country , sounds childish huh?
monte3 · 70-79, M
@Driver2 did I not just say that the problems existed before trump but that he used the divisions that existed and deepened them for his own ends? Ok just looked yup I did! 👌
@Driver2 Crap! These freaks want to convince everyone that Trump is the cause of the WORLDS problems, not just this country's, when he could have been the solution to our problems. They are dream crushers. That is what the left has always done. Killers of people and their dreams. Destroyers of nations and lives.
monte3 · 70-79, M
Unless your dream was to replaceAmerican demo with a withha dictatorship trump was the answer to nothing.
And one last time: yes America’s problems related trump. But he worked hard to make those divisions worse. @puck61
