That's like having a small sign on a storefront that reads: "You agree to being punched in the face when you walk into this store," and someone punches and you says, "You agreed to it." That's already been argued in court.

@TheArbitrator Buddy, when you're registering, you need to check a box acknowledging that you agree to the terms of service. That is your signature.

Edit: Actually, I just checked. It's even simpler than that.

@BigAssLeech Show me where I checked a box acknowledging that I agree to the TOS. I did not! The only thing I clicked on were the Account Customization options. I did not click or check anything pertaining to TOS.
