Wanna muffin?!

Wish I could pass out the muffins I just baked to everyone out there! I changed a basic bran muffin recipe and added walnuts, chopped dates and sunflower lecithin....Ah! Perfecto!

The house smells wonderful. I'm calling my new recipe Election Night Muffins.

Little bitty date nut bran muffins...best ones I've ever made...I'm just reaching out now toward my phone screen, trying to slip them through the Internet...
