help how do i turn this damn bell off?

Every time i get a notification this damn bell rings if i'm on another tab ,i listed to music while i'm here it's driving me nutz!!

@kodiac yes. I get the icons over the envelope -People Notification bell, on the screen top.

@Iwillwait When responding to a post, what default setting would you like for receiving Notifications?
All Replies to Post
Notifications of direct comments to the post, replies to your comment, and replies on comments you responded to.
Replies to my Activity
Notifications on replies to your comment, and replies on comments you replied to. I RESET to the second option don't see an option to turn off.I'll see if this works thanks!

@kodiac I just have notifications on replies to my replies, I do sometimes get notifications on posts total activity, but I think I may be hitting that option as I'm contributing to the post. I'm on a phone while here.
