How am I supposed to know if I'm the one who accidently gave someone an STD or if I'm the person who received an STD from a nasty chick who is honestly below my stature?

Yeah. Considering that you think someone is below you indicates to me that you are probably the one who gave the chick the STD. Also, STDs tend to be more noticeable to women then they are to men and women will seek to have them corrected as soon as possible. If she hasn't approached you to let you know that she had one, then she doesn't know about it yet and you likely gave it to her (if she even caught it at all).
@RyanCarr If she had it before you, she would already know about it and would have sought to get it treated. She would have told you by now if she had it. If you had symptoms first, it means that you potentially gave it to her and need to call her and let her know about it.
Also, you can get STD's from places and ways other than sexual intercourse, like unproperly sterilized medical equipment.
