Good news at my employer

I got some of the best news ever this week at my current job. Better than anything I've ever been told at any past employer. And it happened on the anniversary of my grandfather's passing 21 years ago. What has long been a difficult day for me to get through over the past 2 decades turned into something positive this time around.
