Do you compromise your Christian beliefs/values in order to appease others? Can you serve G_d and man??

Matthew 6:24
“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money."

John 14:15
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments."

Hebrews 10:26
For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins.

2 John 1:7-11
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, so that you may not lose what we have worked for, but may win a full reward. Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. I can’t get many to understand this. They seem to think they are saved in their sins not “from their sins”....

@Unefilletrescurieuse Yes, many of them have been led astray by televangelists and charismatic preachers who just want an "amen" & donations from their congregations.
