Did you ever see something strange in the sky??

several years ago, i saw something strange happening in the sky, it was like two UFOs, they were like two light balls running with a high speed, this happened around 11:PM, can this be explained in a scientific aspect??..can i say strictly that they were UfOs?...did you ever see something like that in the sky?
