If you could go back in time and speak to your younger self, what would you say?

I would say, lighten up. Don't take life so seriously. Don't worry about what other people think of you. Have fun. Don't work so hard. Stop paddling upstream. Just go with the flow and let the river take you downstream where everything you desire is waiting for you. It's all there, intact. Just drop your resistance and let it in.
