If the person you met on a dating site doesn't want to meet in a public place like a restaurant, store, etc. but wants to meet in a private setting

Like a park then that's a huge red flag correct?

Isn’t a park a public place ? Lol. Is it a secluded or abandoned park or something ?
Regardless of the fact if you don’t feel comfortable doing it dont. Suggest another place to meet if they don’t go along with it then and you guys can’t meet in the middle about it move on. You have to be careful with those sites. I just saw on the news yesterday morning a girl got beat up by a guy she met online and they met at a bar. He waited for them to end up so where more private and secluded after they spent the whole night together having a good time. So, either way you have to be careful regardless of where you meet up. Although, these things can happen regardless of meeting online or not.

@Stark “ She wasn’t worth what the date cost “ . Wow . I think the best way to meet up someone is in your family’s living room with your dad holding a riffle next to you. ; (
@SW-User I know. That headline is wild. I didn’t realize that was the whole reason the guy went nuts. I just remember seeing it on the news briefly.

😂😂 omg right. I’ve gotten really lucky. I’ve been on a lot of online dates, and thankfully nothing weird or scary has happened. But, stuff like this seems to be common when it comes to online dating.
