Do you have anything in your home that is completely useless, but you just won't throw away?

My aunt made two wooden chairs for my sister and me when we were toddlers. Very, very sweet and cool, but now we're grown up, obviously, and nobody can fit in them. My mom won't get rid of them even though they have literally no purpose. She says it's so her grandkids can sit in them one day, but like, they're wooden chairs; they're not gonna be good forever. Besides, my sister's the only one who even wants kids. They'll probably survive long enough for my sister's kids to sit in, but even that's not worthwhile because they have our names on them.
