When I was 24-44 I managed a large office at a large university. There were men that worked under me. Sometimes I had to be "bossy" because I was the boss. Oh the horror! Sometimes I had to tell the men who worked under me to clean up their personal spaces, sometimes even the janitorial staff needed to be told what to clean. God, how DARE I?! What on earth would you do?! I think all society's come unraveled. Psst, by the way, in the course of all that, I also got a PhD in a field that wasn't STEM or medical and people still had the courtesy to call me "Doctor." Someone might panic over that, too!

@2itinerantislanders what about her?
2itinerantislanders · 70-79, C
@Thexboxoneguy1991 Does she have some kind of authority over you? Was something you were responsible for messy? You leave out an awful lot of details, all you convey is this bossy girl tells you to clean something. God, men are such snowflakes these days.

@2itinerantislanders well I had to clean this big pile of like powder stuff on the floor and dump it in the big box and I had to clean a bit around the boxes

@Thexboxoneguy1991 Sooooo she was telling you to do your job? And is she over you in the company food chain?

@Thexboxoneguy1991 Guess you didn't if you still had some you had to clean up around the boxes. So let me sum up here, you're complaining about a woman, who's your boss, telling you to do your job well, which you hadn't done before as you were supposed to do. That must be horrible being asked to be professional and do what they're paying you to do. Snowflake.
