How much longer?

Suddenly I can't eat. Can't sleep. Can't appreciate anything. Can't stand up for more than a few minutes. Can't speak with expressions in my voice or on my face. I showered yesterday after a week and it took all my energy. I went to the doc. He gave me some meds. I hope they start working soon. I don't want to feel like this forever.
