Why so many creepy uncles?

I have one and it always seems like most people have that one creepy uncle. Why so many creepy uncles? But then there's also often the funny uncle and they are rarely the same uncle

There are creeps in every family. The trick (aside from not being the creep), is to not have a family full of them. Lol
