How often do you cry?

Do you ever cry slightly alone? .

I do, it makes me feel better. Like a big stress relief. But I've been having trouble crying lately, not sure if it's bc of my anxiety or caused by it, but I miss crying as weird as that sounds!

I can't even remember the last time. It's over a decade at least. Sometimes you just don't need to anymore, either because you've cried enough or you just have other mechanisms in place.
