Not so much, really. It has been my observation, that few people do...even when it's just imagined criticism.
Constructive, yes...and the right person doing so with understanding
Usually, yes.

If someone has pointed out a mistake, when possible I'll correct it and make changes to avoid a repeat.
If it's a character flaw, I'll examine how it affects me and others and if necessary try to improve it.

Sometimes a criticism might come out of the other person not getting their needs met. If its someone close to me, I'll try to do what I can to meet the need without sacrificing my own.

If the criticism is mistaken I'll just disregard it.
If they keep insisting, I'll explain why it's wrong and show the proof.

There are occasions when I haven't handled it well - when I've felt discomfort or anger about someone making an unjustified negative judgement and when I've been powerless to do anything about it.
It's turned into resentment, dislike of the person, and a desire to avoid them.
I don't like that I've allowed it to affect me this way - I shows me I need to work a bit more on my inner issues.
Depends on the delivery.

Depends on whether it's deserved or not and the delivery... It should be a tool for learning and encouraging, not belittling
Incognitochick · 46-50, F
Nope, not even slightly. I’m far too argumentative for my own good
Deesa123 · F
@Incognitochick me too lol
Peapod · 61-69, F
I don't think anyone really likes it. It's even worse when it comes from someone that cannot take any themselves.
No 😬
I'm also very self critical.

True, it should be, but ...
riseofthemachine · 41-45, M
I can at times . I was never used to criticism until one time in a job I was in . I wasnt expecting it .(heavily being bullied ) and for the next 10 years I was criticized a lot . I took it well I must say .
All I trust these days in God from within . There is no criticism there .
SW-User
Pretty much.
brian29715 · 46-50, M
I don’t. I’m so hard on myself.
Depends. Is the criticism valid?
SW-User
not so ... but try to.
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M

wildbill83 · 41-45, M
sure, it's like smoking a cigarette...
