How do you think God will deal with people who accumulate excessive wealth and ignore those in poverty? Will they be given a crown ? Manchester award?

The Pope said excessive wealth is a sin so I don't think it will end well for them
@Qwerty14 I hope he's right, but he's not really one to talk on a non-materialistic life style.
@NerdyPotato Yeah, the irony of declaring it a sin whilst wearing an outfit of gold and fine silks was not lost on me haha

@Qwerty14 This is the first pope that I can remember that is neither Christian nor catholic. He is a marxist which is to say a materialist.

@hippyjoe1955 really? how do we know he's a Marxist?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@assemblingaknob He admitted it.

@assemblingaknob If you read much of his early sayings you will see much more marxism that catholicism or Christianity.

@hippyjoe1955 Thanks!

@hippyjoe1955 He's a man of God. Marxism expressly opposes religion. You can't be both Christian and Marxist.

@Qwerty14 If you have any evidence if him being a man of God now would be the time you present it.
@hippyjoe1955 The Pope? Hahahaha you're joking right?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@Qwerty14 joking about what? You think putting on a funny hat and some fancy slippers makes you something special? Evidence please.
@hippyjoe1955 Hate on the pope if you like but he is a far more godly and righteous man than you or I

@Qwerty14

It's concerning that you would vouch for any man. Do you worship the pope?
@LoveTriumphsOverHate Nope. I'm not a catholic
