When I lived in Portugal, there was an ugly fat man that would approach women all day long asking for sex. He always had a girl every night. Sometimes the blanket approach actually works. It is the same technique used by spammers saying you won 500 million dollars etc.. eventually a sucker will click the link and provide their bank information. In your case, maybe one girl in 100 says yes to that question, although 80% of those "girls" are actually men, but still.. You never know. ;)
