A lot of outercourse and what some people might call dirty talk. Focusing my mind on physical sensations and noises, being in the moment. Knowing my body and being able to tell him what I need.
What is also helpful that is often forgotten is that it doesn't start in the bedroom (or wherever you have sex). Foreplay throughout the day. I don't mean the physical kind of foreplay but getting the mind primed, which leads to her arousal. If she's thinking about it, she'll be ready. If you expect her to just turn it on without preparation then orgasm might take longer. Women need preheating, or at least I do.
