i hate the anxiety and i hate constantly wondering if they like me back. i'm just gonna stop talking to him and waiting for him to talk to me. i'm just gonna continue living my meaningless life

Maybe he is thinking the same thing... better to let him know you are interested. He may think you are too hot or unachievable, thus why he won't make first move...
