What judgement do you speak of? Judging that your actions are wrong or condemning your soul to Hell? The two are not the same. The first, followers of Christ are explicitly commanded to do, and must do. The second is for God for those who did not repent all the way up until their death or took the mark of the beast, and is not for any man to do.
