Every unpleasant or horrifying experience you have had bothers you because you have a memory of it.

But when you are dead, you will not know you are dead. There is nothing to be afraid of.

create a bucket list and concentrate on that

Why? If we are born, we have to die. Live a good life and enjoy every moment of your life.

Everyone must die. What do you fear about it? I believe in God and I believe that when I die I will not disappear or be alone. This life is only temporary for all of us and instead of fearing death you should consider what life means and if you believe that there is more after death.
Pray on it. Ask God to take away your fear.
