The definition of a Forrest is not based on tree numbers.. It is based on land area At lest 1 acre and the land has to be of at lest 120ft wide.. The area has to have had trees and it is planned that trees will be being grown there in the future.. So you can have an Acre of Land where all the trees have been removed but as long as you plan to grow new trees there again it keeps it's definition of a Forrest even when there are no trees present..
