There seem to be two kinds, nice, normal, sane ones who fit the good stereotype we have.. treat everyone fairly, intelligent, world leaders in many areas....
Then there's the other kind, ignorant, ill-bred, antagonistic and aggressive with no reason.. these people are delusional, they have an unrealistic view of themselves and their place in the world. This kind revel in their ignorance... they enjoy, it seems, being ignorant, bigoted and unreasoning.. There seems no reasoning with them and they seem beyond redemption ..

A lot of diversity, you are referring to 2 large continents, the strip between them, and some awesome Islands. A lot of different countries = America.
