@PerfectIllusion Healthy body, healthy mind - while I'm a great cook, I don't like to overeat...ever, it's just not a thing for me...and while the gym is still off limits, I like to hike/run and keep active to clear out the cobwebs in my brain. People are often surprised at my age - I'd like to keep it that way! 🙂
