If human beings were able to communicate telepathically then it would be included to be able to hear another's thoughts. Because of that, it would be impossible most of the time to know if a thought was your own or if it was being put there by someone else. It's interesting because there are people who actually understand this and would still wish to be able to do that.

Perhaps wouldnt' be so bad if it was a two way street. Then you could get your way by being the most overwhelming thinker (or feeler) - a bit like an arm wrestle.
