There are two extremes, someone young insecure, curious? That begins thru their emotional instability? Need for attention of any kind? a selfish self serving sense of entitlement (usually Narcissism mixed with that inability to feel compassion for others) “I’m smart so I can get away with this, you’re probably the one who is Selfish and evil” attitude.
