@Thexboxoneguy1991 In my opinion, a girlfriend is there to love and be loved and for deep friendship.
If she's asking for money or anything of high value then she's on the take, trading money for sex but in an informal and manipulative way.
In my relationships I've always been scrupulously equal. I pay for myself; he pays for himself. There's no one using the other for material advantage.
