My friend @SW-User often posts a list here of the things he's grateful for. Seems like a lot of my friends are really down. One of the best ways to break out of the dumps is to think of the positive.

The heavy rain.
Being with my son for most of the day.
Owning my own home.
Having a job.
The smell of the clean earth during the rain.
My friends here.
The peace and quiet.
Love. Of my son. Of my friends.
The beauty that always surrounds me.
Daily blessings-small and large.
