When I first started seeing my counselor she wanted me to think of ten things that I liked about myself every time I looked in the mirror.
This is kind of like that.
Shift your focus from the normal beating yourself up over shortcomings to things you have to live for.
I have one thing that I am grateful to have and to be able to experience and it tends to be my go to when ever a question like this is asked.
My kids.
With them it is a list a mile long of things I am grateful for.
