In capitalism, the land (I mean the people) is open to get benefitted of the rain snow and sunshine. Anybody is free to make his umbrella big and plant any number of trees. The government take care of the welfare and collect apples from each grower. The government isnt bothered anyone borrowing his neibours umbrella and pay him some apples or seeking the neighbour to plough his land. The neighbour is at liberty to bargain. The grower too at liberty to hire another neibours labour. The apples get divided as according to the rules of the bargain. Anyhow trees bear lot of apples and no one is hungry. The surplus they sell to doctors, teachers, lawyers and priests and accept their service.
