@JoyfulSilence Water from the ocean is sometimes pumped up by planes and choppers then flown over. Most on the time they usea retardant, depended on how big the this is and location.
@Experienced33 If I remember correctly, I think he's up in or near Redwood City. The they are not threatened at the moment. Didn't he lose his home there a few years ago?
