Why do we women need to act like men to be accepted in society in male dominated roles why can’t we be feminine and be a CEO

In an engineering industry for example, women that are feminine in male dominate roles are made fun of or mocked

Because you have to be cutthroat and tough. You can still look beautiful though. There are lots of strong and attractive women in leading positions. Interesting how they’re never the ones complaining
