I've made up my mind: Back to therapy I go 🙌🏽

This year has taken its toll on me and made me question whether my mental health issues were really as healed as I thought they were. The constant feeling of depression, anxiety, and feelings of overall unworthiness are beginning to put an unnecessary strain on my relationship. Time for a positive change.🖤

Therapy shouldn't be seen as a one time fix, it is ongoing.
We all have mental health as we do physical health and we need to periodically give ourselves a health check. Great that you spot the signs.
