Soooo... a student friend of mine took a flat that backed onto Greyfriar’s churchyard in Edinburgh. The kitchen window was less than a foot above ground level. After a few months she realised that her kitchen floor was level with the graves outside.

The graveyard is higher than ground level on one side, because of all the bodies flung in over the years. Bones come to the surface pretty readily. Another mate found a piece of skull. @BettyBeez

Yeah, he took it home with him. Oddly he seemed to disappear from the face of the earth a few months later (this is completely true) @BettyBeez
